This form serves to verify that you own the copyrights in the photograph(s) to be submitted and hereby grant Innovo permission to use your photograph(s) in the manner described below. I certify that, I am over the age of 18; am the person submitting the photograph(s) to INNOVO™ am the owner of the copyrights in the submitted photograph(s) and have the right to consent to Innovo’s use of the photograph(s) as provided in this consent without violating the copyright, property rights or privacy rights of any person or entity. For the valuable consideration of participating in the INNOVO™ site, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to INNOVO™ the irrevocable, royalty free right to use and reuse, publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivatives of, said photograph(s), in any manner, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium or form of distribution whatsoever, whether electronic, digital, internet, print, or otherwise, and for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, all promotional and advertising uses for INNOVO™ services and for other trade purposes, as well as using my name in connection herewith, if INNOVO™ so desires. I hereby forever release and discharge, as well as, agree to indemnify and hold INNOVO™  harmless from any and all claims, actions and demands arising out of or in connection with the consent to use, ownership, use, infringement, or subject matter of said photograph(s) including without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel. This release shall inure to the benefit of the assigns, licensees, and legal representatives of INNOVO™. By submitting your photograph(s) on the INNOVO™ site, I am indicating that: I understand and agree to the terms of this Release and Consent to Use Submitted Photograph(s). I certify that all of the foregoing statements are true and correct and that this is a legally binding document.
